Booking Policy – Please Read Before Booking • A $40 retainer fee is required for all full sets. • The retainer fee is non-refundable unless I am the one who has to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance so I can offer the spot to someone else. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment total. • I’m very understanding when it comes to reschedules or cancellations, but please remember that my time is valuable as well. ✨ Important Note: I am a mom, and there may be rare occasions when I need to cancel or reschedule due to childcare or if my daughter is sick. If this is something you cannot be flexible with, I completely understand and can recommend other lash techs who may be a better fit. Appointment Prep: • Please arrive with clean lashes (no makeup, mascara, or product on your lashes). Arriving with product on can affect retention and may add extra time to your appointment. • When you arrive, please wait in your car or have a seat in the waiting area until I send you a message that I’m ready for you.
